Our programmes are built on collaborative partnerships

Our mission is to equip and mobilise leaders to transform conflict within their own specific sectors: education, business, community, government. We do this by facilitating encounters across divides in a residential setting with trained facilitators and a tried and tested, skills-based, Rose toolkit.

RCF programmes create space to eat, rest, reflect, and socialise in amongst workshops and seminars on themes such as Scriptural Reasoning, forgiveness, conflict transformation, mediation, and countering violent extremism.

We work together with partners to tailor programmes to your group according to your needs and context, and can also design bespoke programmes in consultation with leaders and communities around themes and tools that are of particular interest.

Could we build a programme together?
