ROSE CASTLE GARDEN HABITATS

67 acres of fields and gardens make up the Rose Castle estate which surrounds the 790 years old Rose Castle.

The Rose Castle garden habitats are varied and date from the 14th Century Stewpond through to the formal 19th Century White Border, which catches the morning sun atop the 13th Century mantle wall high above the old moat which still graces the Castle perimeter.
