Our Purpose

Our recent renovations have been underpinned by software entrepreneur, John Snyder, who sold his last software business to Oracle Corporation. Rose Castle Company is run as a not-for-shareholder-profit company, to invest in the infrastructure of the building and its core staff.

For a third of the year the castle is used by the Rose Castle Foundation charity which focuses on peace and reconciliation work. They gather disparate people and strangers from all corners of the world for intensive residential workshops and retreats, to bridge divides and foster a deep working relationship with each other. 

This gives us real mission and purpose for keeping Rose Castle as the ideal venue for gathering colleagues. It is the meaning of meetings and depth of relationship building that is the true fruits of our work together.
