The Rose Castle Foundation brings groups together from across the world with different positions and beliefs, often from active conflict zones. The charity's team help people across deep divides to disagree well, and has pioneered a style of intuitive hospitality, with a focus on the pivotal roles of “guest” and “host”.

The team at Rose Castle Company who manage the castle and estate gardens, extend this "intuitive hospitality" to all who visit and stay at the castle. Rose Castle is a place of welcome, quite unlike any hotel or conference centre.

General Manager

Oversee all day-to-day operations of Rose Castle as a hospitality venue, ensuring financial sustainability whilst being fully supportive of our wider commitment to hosting peace and reconciliation programmes

Operations are on a boutique scale, which means the General Manager must be both strategic and present—equally comfortable with long-term strategic planning and welcoming guests through the front door. The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for mission-driven work, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
