The charity's team help people across deep divides to disagree well, and has pioneered a style of intuitive hospitality, with a focus on the pivotal roles of “guest” and “host”.
The team at Rose Castle Company who manage the castle and estate gardens, extend this "intuitive hospitality" to all who visit and stay at the castle. Rose Castle is a place of welcome, quite unlike any hotel or conference centre.
